I sharpened the sharpest knife I've ever used
You can get your knife as sharp as a razor in about 15 minutes with practically no skill like me. It's absolutely worth every penny. Of course there are other solutions that work well (not so well) and are probably cheaper. Once you cut something with a knife sharpened for it, you'll understand why it's worth it.
