Causes terrible allergies!

My lips have been terribly itchy, swollen, flaking and bleeding for almost two years. Little did I know that the problem was caused by this lip balm. I couldn't wear cosmetic lipstick for two years. Until I went to a dermatologist who prescribed hydrocortisone cream for me. I used the cream for a couple of weeks and the problem went away. So I figured I could wear lipstick again. Before applying the lipstick, I first applied Burt's Bee lip balm as usual (when I used hydrocortisone ointment it moisturized my lips and I didn't have to use lip balm). Guess what, just an hour later, my lips started itching again. So I went back to my prescribed ointment. When the itch went away, I reapplied Burt's Bee and my lipsticks; the itch returned. After repeating these experiments many times, I decided that my problem was related to my cosmetic lipsticks. I bought a lot of new lipsticks. They didn't help my itching. Until one day I got a new lip balm from a rep when I came to a new health insurance company. I used a new lip balm before the lipstick. Wow! the problem is completely solved. No more itching! already a year. Burt's Bee is a reliable company. That's why I didn't think lip balm was causing my problem. I think the problem might be in the flavors of the lip balm. But I am not sure.
