The ease of use with uploading contact info, ability to add notes/reminders at time entry as well as in reminders sent out.

Would love if you could have more control over sending emails - not just send them automatically when someone has donated or updated information etc but also be able to edit what is said (in terms of body copy) so that it's tailored specifically towards your organization rather than being one size fits all approach. Can't find any cons right now! I'm using this software to keep track of donors' contributions which are then used by our team members who work directly with those individuals to ensure they're getting exactly what they need from us via donation drives/gifts we run throughout the year.
