I liked the features of the product. It felt good in my hand due to the matte metal finish. Charged with no problems. The voltage test function showed 11.8V, which is satisfactory. After setting the limit to 30psi, I attached it to a car tire. The reading was taken at 28.5 psi in the tire. After pressing the "Start" button, the inflator worked for a while and turned off completely. It only responded again by plugging it into a USB power adapter. I repeated the process and set the limit to 35psi. Same result. I contacted the support email address provided in the user manual and after 5 days there was no response. I am returning the device as defective.
