I love this pan! A little over a year ago we got the new Frigidaire Professional 5 burner gas hob and all the pans on the market were really big. if you wanted to cook something else with a frying pan on another stove, you couldn't. I've searched everywhere for the perfect size for this medium long burner, but also allows you to cook elsewhere on the stovetop at the same time. The only caveat is that it doesn't cook that much food at once, but that wasn't a huge priority for me. As for the quality of cooking, it's really excellent. Heats very well and evenly. makes the most delicious grilled cheeses ever. It comes pre-seasoned so you don't have to go through all that. I also use it with a smaller throttle range on my 5 wheel bus and it works great there too. The smaller size of this pan is ideal for RV use.
