Dissatisfied. Suitable for household goods

We initially ordered 12 sets with a silver border. When we received the order there were 2 sets in gold and the boxes were open. We are extremely disappointed. So I had to spend time on the phone to swap them out. And then we had to take the time to go to the post office to return 2 sets.
