I have a 2008 mdx with 2 key fobs that don't work. Spoke to locksmiths and an Acura dealer looking for anywhere from $400-$700 to get new keys/fobs. Found them on Amazon and just replaced the button part of the remote with the old fobs (keeping the actual key part of the original fob), programmed them and they work great. They are both driver 1 (couldn't find a keychain option for driver 2) but if you drive a 13 year old car the $70 correction compared to $700 is awesome. They have a slightly different finish than my original keyrings (matte vs original gloss) but again they are a good weight (not light and cheap) so definitely worth trying if you can use your original keys. I recommend it as an inexpensive quick fix. Programming instructions and key disassembly instructions were online and easy to follow. Much luck!
