This gourmet teether is AMAZING. It comes with 4 nipples so you can taste more than one dish at a time. It's silicone, not mesh, so it's super easy to clean! This is the main reason I bought it. My child can easily hold it with both hands. It's just the right size. I highly recommend. (baby 6 months old)
