Serengeti Quality - Sunglasses

I've read that Serengeti frames and lenses are going downhill but as a huge fan of the brand for 30 years I felt the need to at least try them. I ordered them with the intention of returning them (thanks to Revain's excellent returns policy) if they were poor quality, didn't fit, or the lenses were crap. As it turns out I'm looking for a reason to buy another pair. . They are well built yet lightweight and the lenses are WAY better than "high quality" plastic lenses like Oakley's. They're on par with Maui Jim, but a little cheaper. I have a larger face and they fit me 100% comfortably. They're probably not for smaller faces. I would still rate my Maui Jim glass lenses slightly higher in build quality and clarity, but only with smaller bezels and significantly lighter weight. It's a good compromise if you wear sunglasses for a long time, e.g. B. when golfing or boating. That's definitely a five. Great buy at a great price. And the case is nice too.
