Review on Swing N Slide WS 4693 Rider Glider by Joshua Days

Bought this swing last year. I thought maybe kids need to "grow up with it" for it to work better. nope Unfortunately, it is VERY difficult for a child to get this swing to slide, swing, etc. without being pushed by an adult. I've had kids from 5 to 9 years old try this and none of them like it unless pushed by an adult because they can't get it rocking even with a 'pump'. I made her try again this year. Also, the bolt sticks out 2 inches on the side and we've tried covering it with setting clay but it keeps poking the kids in the side of the leg. I would not recommend buying. It's too late for us to go back, but we can't use it. :-(
