Review on Dorman 905 521 Suspension Knuckle Bushing by Ron Houston

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect for chassis

Perfect for 2003 2WD/FWD Highlander. There are 3 bushings in the steering knuckle. This fits in the lowest position on the steering knuckle and the trailing arm connects to it. The chassis code is printed on an information sticker on the driver's door frame; mine was ACU20. The factory bolt uses a 17mm wrench. For those who had to buy a smaller bolt, either try using this hub in one of the top two hub positions (for the side arms) or have a 4WD ACU25 chassis version. The other two bushing bolts on the ACU20 knuckle are 19mm and these bushings are different from this Dorman model. You can buy a pack of 4 of these jacks from Revain for about $20. The quality of this kit was good. I didn't use the big round cylinder as it was too long to fit with the brake disc. The other tool that came with it worked great for pushing through both the old bushing and the new one. I wish Dorman had included 2 bushings with this kit because I think most people want to replace both sides rather than buying tools twice.
