Nice addition to dishes. Generous size.
Good size. Remember you are cleaning a non-stick surface, not hard washcloths. In the center is a fountain where bacon fat is collected. I put a sheet of parchment inside so the grease can be easily disposed of in the trash can, but I'll probably just use a nylon spatula or scraper to keep the grease out of the drain.
