Review on Colibri Boss Triple Jet Lighter Cutter by Katie Gonzalez

Very disappointing product. The initial publicity and hype before it was published in Cigar Aficionado portrayed it as the next big thing. I liked it for its looks and utility (built-in cutter) so I asked for it and my wife gave it to me for Christmas. Filled with butane and lit no problem. The first disappointment - you have to open; For $150, I think there should be a one-touch trigger system that flips over and lights up at the same time. Bigger disappointment - the cutter doesn't work very well and is uncomfortable. I tried cutting off the end of the figurado (and it was fresh so cutting it should have been an easy process) and I couldn't cut it off. I had to pull out my Xicar cutter to cut off the end of the cigar. The lighter is bulky and won't fit in your pocket, making it closer to the table lighter. Don't waste your money on this product. I sent it back (and had to pay for shipping myself). For $150 you can get a one-touch triple jet, which is thinner and more portable, and a good cutter (from Colibri, if you want). I wouldn't spend a dime on this product. Buyer Warning.
