The perfect range for a jack of all trades

Although they call it a 'multi tool' I only had one blade so it wasn't very 'multi tool'. But this selection of blades comes with an amazing variety of tools that greatly expand the number of tasks you can complete. Contains 9 different design tools in different amounts, offers many different sizes and shapes of saw blades and some special blades to make some odd jobs easier. I was trying to cut a bead of silicone sealant off the tile floor in the shower. Without this tool, you'd probably be using a razor blade or box cutter and wrestling with the hard silicone at odd angles, but this rapidly oscillating scraper blade cuts it clean from the first pass. I will say that I honed its edge a bit sharper and smoother on a whetstone just to make sure it cuts as close to the ground as possible, but it made the job almost easy. in drywall is a bit clumsy and can be overkill as drywall is easy to cut with any straight blade in no time. I tried it on a piece of drywall and found it worked fine but with a lot of dust and some frayed edges around the holes. But it works and the hole is covered by the switch plate so can't really fault it. My next favorite blades are the large half-round ones. They are so versatile for work on baseboards and door frames. This is the blade I leave most of the time now because it does the fastest cutting jobs without a fuss. It is particularly good for cutting PVC pipes. I also tried it on some plastic garage floor tiles and it went through them like clockwork. It worked much better than my puzzle as it generates enough heat in the blade to melt the plastic and glue the pieces together. in hard-to-reach places, and the depth of cut, engraved on all blades in both English and metric scales, is awesome when you're walking blindly into a wall and don't want to risk going too deep and catching yourself on a pipe or wire to catch. They all fit perfectly in the included plastic storage box, making them a fantastic addition to my multipurpose arsenal. The kit also includes six "standard" 1 3/8" (35mm) wide blades, which are the most commonly used, while three are less common sizes. They are individually wrapped in a small plastic bag to protect them during storage Each blade is also engraved with its primary purpose so you don't accidentally try to cut metal with a wooden blade and ruin it A great tool set for the master in me.
