Review on JR Products 160-85-A-16-A Colonial White City Water Flange With 1/2&#34 by Gregory Plump

This is an exact match to the original B&B part on my 2004 Tioga 24D motorhome. When removing the old flange, be sure to look inside the threaded pipe on the back of the flange. You should see a flat white disk at the bottom of the tube, just like the one on the new part. But if you see a black rubber cone washer, it has come loose from a fitting in the van's wall. Note the shape of the end facing you and gently pry it off with a screwdriver. Wipe it down with silicon grease and then slide it over the small tube in the wall bracket. Make sure to orient it so that the end facing you enters the wall first.
