I have a few of these pans in my RV and I usually really like them. I bought this set as I was just about to replace all my mismatched brands with The Rock pans. There is also positive feedback! They offer excellent value for money. Like other negative reviews here, I experienced the same thing. The large skillet and large pot were BOTH dented/deformed from the factory. The original box was fine - packed with so much protective material you could probably drop it off a two story building without crushing the pallet. The glossy/printed box was then packed into another leak-proof shipping box at the factory and then packed into 2 boxes by Amazon. No kidding there were 4 boxes including the actual glossy/printed pallet box. Kind of funny actually. I think you may have got the impression that the pots were dented in transit. I myself am a manufacturer of various products and packaging is overkill. The pans are obviously placed in the box by factory workers who do not notice the deformation. I forgot to take a picture, sorry. However, they looked pretty much the same as the other photos in the other negative reviews. A large dent/deformation near the handle of the pan and the large pot was so oval that it was visible to the naked eye and of course the very pretty lid didn't fit. I really like this brand and will buy them piece by piece from stores nearby where I can see the pan I'm buying, but I'm not too keen on ordering a set now.
