Great little pillow
I have had chronic neck pain for many years. I use it at night when I read in bed. Because it's memory foam, it provides ample support under my neck when I'm lying on my back with a book in my hands. It's very comfortable and perfect for what I use it for. I have another one with more support that I use in the living room when I watch TV.
