My 2010 Hyundai Elantra suddenly had a large EVAP leak code that was driving me nuts. I ended up replacing the following things in an expensive and possibly unwise elimination process: PCV solenoid valve, high pressure PCV hose, canister closure valve, OEM gas cap, and finally the charcoal canister. I had a charcoal canister that was soaked in fuel and while driving it released massive fuel vapors into the cabin which, as you can imagine, was appalling and dangerous. Beware of this problem on Korean cars if they are 10 years old or over 100,000. It works like magic! I also recommend swapping out the houses that connect all of your EVAP devices while you have access to them to ensure there aren't any leaks anywhere else.
