This is my second filter; 1 is another brand I've been getting from a stove builder for a number of years. It's as good as anything else I have. worth your money. I use regular (expensive) big box filters while the metal dries. Even expensive branded filters ($10-$14 each) are flimsy, some almost folding before inserting, and some thin enough to be vacuumed up. So for the price of 2 or 3 cardboard filters I have a good one that stays in place and keeps its shape. Very happy with my purchase at a good price. The only thing I did (which I did with the other one) was add some wire on the edge to make it like a handle. It's easier for me to get him out of the nest.
