I bought this multimeter for hobby electronics use and it has served me really well. I first bought an EX 330 and found I needed a second multimeter to measure current and voltage at the same time. measurements. I've come across many handheld rangefinders in the $20 range but settled on this one (Extech MN35). Because the Extech 330 did very well. turned out to be easy - and it measures voltage and current much faster than my Extech 330 auto range. I have used this meter in several Arduino projects and it worked well and reliably. Pros: + replaceable fuse, a must have for newbies like me. + Rugged form factor, you know you're going to drop your gauge at least once. + Easy to read display. + Measures current up to 200 microamps, honey! + Measures the temperature to boot! Cons: (You know there should be at least one) + No auto-ranging, but what do you want for $20? Summary: This gauge gets the thumbs up. I can definitely recommend this multimeter to anyone looking for a multimeter for hobby electronics and not wanting to spend more than €20. I would also recommend buying a set of fuses (250mA/250V), they only cost a few dollars.
