I have been using these bags for many years. They are in no way inferior to the official Electrolux bags and are significantly cheaper. The only difference as far as I can tell is the small vent on the pockets. When you're done with the bag, the tab can be pulled over the opening to keep dirt from flying out when you carry the bag to the bin. Genuine Electrolux bags have a thicker flap. Since I have never used a closing valve for more than 6 years, this function is not suitable for me. If you happen to buy an Electrolux Green or Oxygen vacuum cleaner, you can do yourself another favor by buying these bags and replacing them as often as you need to. $1.00 per bag.
