TLDR: Before use, set the drill clutch to one of the lowest settings. but you have to go very slowly. The pipe for my dryer is 90° right up against the wall and the link came loose when I pulled the trigger a little too quickly and the torque caused the link to pop out. I snapped it back on and set the clutch to one of the lowest settings. Then I use the slowest speed I can and gently smack it against the wall. I got the roof (15 feet) by adding 2-3 sections at a time. After doing this twice with the drill I ended up doing it again by hand so I have to run it back and forth until nothing falls. I would buy again but there should be a big red warning to set up the clutch and only use a variable speed drill. as little speed as possible.
