Didn't expect all the negative reviews. I bought this DVD player about a year ago and have had no problems. It has held up fantastically and really makes a difference when watching my old school DVDs on a 46" HDTV. My favorite feature is that when you pause a movie, the player will go to sleep after about 15 minutes and then turn off to save power. The best part is that when you turn the DVD back on, it picks up where you left off! If I had one complaint it would be that the player doesn't have FF or RW buttons, but that doesn't matter since it comes with a remote control (and I guess unless you're specifically looking for it, you won't win found on 90% of DVD players)! I'm actually ordering 2 more - one for the bedroom, one for the boyfriend. Although it was eligible for free shipping a year ago, I might wait and see if the seller changes.
