
It's easy enough for our tenants with no IT experience at all to use it once they've installed Adobe Reader (which is free). I dislike that you cannot have different user accounts per tenant/property - this would mean we can control access more easily! Also, there are some areas where it could be improved in terms of design or layout - but as a whole, the system works well and has been used by over 50 properties so far. We're able to track costs very accurately across all projects and identify potential savings opportunities. The information we gather makes us feel better about managing spend and helps ensure we adhere to budgets.
