No hesitation. Buy it. I thought about getting one of these sooner, but figured it was a "trick". But trying to keep those floors clean with 2 dogs and 4 cats was next to impossible. Who has the time to vacuum all the time? Even after 1 week (or even a few days) they are bad. We have parquet and tile floors in most of the house. But I didn't want to spend $500 and realized I didn't need it unless I wanted to control it from my phone, use virtual walls, etc. But even that has "virtual walls" with magnetic strips that work great . It finds its home with ease and does a great job of finding every square inch of soil. The amount of hair and dust that accumulates each day is amazing (and gross! - no wonder I got pissed off here if the floors weren't vacuumed). Carpets are ok too. I suspect carpets should still be vacuumed with a "more regular" vacuum cleaner, but that doesn't need to be done as often now. Regional carpets. no problem. It also detects things BEFORE it encounters them, so you don't hear it clinking into things like I've read in reviews of other vacuums. And it's a lot quieter than I expected. I think the Eufy 11S will be just as good - I only picked it because back then for about $30 I could get this model with a little extra suction and magnetic stripe "virtual walls". If you're looking for a robot vacuum in the $250 price range, you won't be disappointed! We love it! Oh, and by the way, I think it's your responsibility to name these new family members, right? That's why we named our "Robo Thor". 3 month update: Still loving it! I had no problems with that. 6 month update: Still loving it! No problem. No parts have been replaced. The amount of hair, dust, and dirt this thing picks up every day is unbelievable. Or maybe we're just dirty people. :)
