A+ is my rating for this hair dryer. I have never owned or even used this Elchim 8th Sense Hair. But let me tell you, I'll speak. I don't use anything on my hair. I'm a girl with a ponytail. But my best friend and amazing hairstylist is a different story. I bought this amazing hair dryer for her. Sometime is always great, every once in a while I want to straighten my hair (mine is very curly) and she does it for me. This was the time I had this messy hair and wanted to straighten (as well as color) my hair and when it came time to dry my hair, which would normally take 30 minutes, it was parted in half. I was surprised. There's a temperature dial so you control how hot it gets and just saying I thought my scalp got burned at some point it was so hot. But my friend changed the pace to something more manageable and continued. Now I have long straight red hair and I love it. This hair dryer has it all.
