Review on FolkArt Glow Dark Paint Piece by Wendy Rodriguez
Not luminous, complete lie.
I painted a plastic skull and let it dry. After drying, the color just seemed to fade, so I applied a few more coats and used a few different colors. After about 6 layers nothing glows at all. Bottles, paint, or other non-black light methods cause the glow. This is another case where Amazon allows a business to post its reviews. This stuff is CRACK!
