Great for something you want the lube to leak out as it bends a lot in the middle. Boiling eggs or cooking multiple foods on them is terribly difficult as the crease in the middle causes the eggs to spread into the corners and then from corner to corner. The burger in the center allows the meat to drain the fat towards the corners, which can be moved to a corner after the meat is removed from the center and poured. If you cook more than one or two hamburgers at a time, the corners will overflow with grease. I am very disappointed with the ascending arc.
