Ordered a pair to send to our lab in Asia for testing. Arrived incredibly quickly, in a few days. So far they make a very solid impression. YES, they have a metal trap "+". It should be so. It is therefore not possible to move diagonally, but only in the four correct directions. The photo shows a large screw or yoke that you screw in to tighten it to whatever you are attaching it to.
