I have used our Mustart Travelmaster Level 2 Portable EV Charger for just over a year. I started w/ it on a 120v, 15amp circuit to charge my 2012 Volt. It worked fine and when we added a used 2017 Bolt, I added a 240v 40amp circuit to the garage. Using the included 240v quick change plug, it proceeded to provide trouble free performance for just over a year. Then, this past December it started going to a "LD" (leakage detected) error anytime I plugged it in to either vehicle and any source of power. Unplug it from the vehicle and it would return to green, ready to charge status but anytime you put a load on it, it would fault again. I contacted Mustart via email. After a little bit of a frustrating effort to provide them videos of what i was doing, they shipped a replacement to me at no cost and I'm back up and running. I'm not thrilled about having the issue I had and the extra efforts to video the problem, I am pleased that they stood by their product. I hope this replacement performs well.
