Worked well on my 2012 Accord rear brake pistons. The 4 prong side worked best since the plunger has 4 slots - it doesn't fit "perfectly" or snap into place, but if you keep it centered and apply some inward force when turning the ratchet, it works fine. . Once the piston moves a little, it will be easier to turn. I cleaned the piston with brake cleaner (and a fiber brush - not metal) to remove some dirt and corrosion before compressing the piston. It took less than 1 minute to squeeze each piston.
