I regularly play online games with my friends in the US. One of the friends mentioned was having problems with his Switch Joy-Cons, and while I usually use my Pro Controller, I decided to figure out how to fix it when my Joy-Cons break. I saw this set on Black Friday, realized it had tri-wing tips and bought it. Well I had to use this set because it's plastic chopsticks and tweezers! My mom has a Sandisk Sansa MP3 player that broke recently. The screen froze and even though the music played, the screen didn't change to update what song was playing and she couldn't turn off the device. After looking through it and finding no hidden reset button, I installed it on my fold out workstation to take apart. I naturally reached for this set, thinking there would be tiny screws. no The MP3 player consists of two plastic halves that snap together. By carefully working with the two plastic spatulas from this set, I was able to gently pull the halves apart without breaking anything. Although the MP3 player's battery is hardwired to the circuit board, I simply unsoldered and re-soldered the positive battery wire using the tweezers from this kit to reset the MP3 player. I'm happy because this kit has given me the ability to fix things I wouldn't normally be able to do on my own, and my mom is happy that she can continue to use her venerable MP3 player (I'm not kidding with her - I have my own Sansa!) . So if you have at least a basic knowledge of electronics and are willing to take apart some gadgets to fix them, this set will make a huge gift in your tool arsenal!
