I'm on the fence with magnetic measuring spoons. What I encountered was having to use both hands, one of which was sometimes busy or greasy, to pick up the desired spoon. When the separated get too close, they can come together. I just discovered that I wash them all at the end of cooking, not just the ones I used. He keeps them neatly in a drawer, but they just aren't for me. The measuring cups are great, it's hard to tell the size of the cup, it would be nice if it was listed on the colored part of the pen.
