I bought these because my wife bought a boat and I wanted more stopping power. One of the factory rotors was warped and I haven't had to tow anything on a truck yet. I didn't trust the OEMs anymore so went with them after a friend with a much larger boat gave them a great review. All four rotors and pads replaced. The parts came in a (heavy) box and the packaging was undamaged. Installation was very easy and I had no problems with the parts. My problems were getting the wheels off the rotors. They froze on the rotors and after browsing the forums I took 5lbs. Roll up on the side to the inside of the edge. He survived several blows but was eventually able to free himself. I only mention this because it might be helpful to others. When mounting, it would definitely be helpful to rotate the tires just before mounting. Fords are notorious for freezing wheels on rotors and I wasn't as careful with the rotation schedule as advised. The rotors and pads were the easy part and everything fitted perfectly. I followed the break-in procedure exactly as directed at the nearest lot and you will know when they are properly heated because you will smell the burnt coating. I drove another 5 minutes before braking just to make sure they were cool enough. I've towed the boat several hundred miles since then and am happy with the stopping power. I've towed a boat with OEM rotors/pads but one of them was deformed so maybe it's not fair to say they're much better. They definitely work way better than the OEM warped rotor! These are drilled and looted rotors so they will almost certainly perform better than factory parts. I know they are expensive but I do not regret the purchase and I am sure I can stop with the boat in tow.
