So far so good for external components
I've used it for about a dozen discs and so far this product has performed exactly as advertised. Even some of my DVDs that have problems make a visible copy most of the time. There's really nothing to learn. Simply place the original in the top tray and the stationery in the bottom tray. That's all. When it's done, it will beep and the compartment will open. Remember that you cannot copy protected discs.
