Review on CSI Accessories W116 Winch Fairlead by Victor Kakaruk

After reading the reviews I see that my problem is not uncommon. The picture does not match the dimensions of what I received. Maybe the wrong one was sent? Anything I can think of. That aside, it seems like a quality product just doesn't work. The space between the pulleys limits the movement of the winch cable wound back and forth on the winch spool. The mounting screw size is 4 1/4" instead of 4 7/8" as specified and required. We were promptly refunded and I've already ordered another one, so I can't say if an exchange will solve the problem.
