Damaged product!: Printer parts and accessories

I received the yellow toner 564 and prepared it for installation. A few drops of wet toner spilled out after removing the orange armguard pad. Strange. I wiped the toner cartridge and put it in the printer. My printer gave me an error message that the cartridge is "damaged". It was never meant to be "wet," but that's how I got it. No claim on this product, no return. money wasted.
