The picture on this webcam is very good but I was really disappointed that the flex stand was on the top parts is attached to my slim external display. It just keeps sliding. I'm currently using it as a stand under my external display, but it wobbles a bit and I don't like the angle. Another issue I had was that the camera doesn't have a light to notify the user that it's on during a meeting. Finally, the Mac OS app, which you can download from the website for configuring camera settings, crashes every time I try to select a camera to start with. Not a big problem, because I think the camera image is pretty good. But the software has to work. It does a pretty good job for the money but I would probably give it 4 stars if the flexible stand was better.
