Not the best quality, but generally not bad.

Expected more. I have not yet begun to level the sole, I think at home it is somehow impossible to improve it. I bought a fan at 1600 rpm, it got a little better, though there is noise at maximum speed, but this already makes the air flow noisy. Let's see how it goes, maybe ZhM will try.
Different pros:
Good equipment, quiet fan, easy installation. The base of the cooler is nickel-plated, you can use ZhM.
Cons below:
In Aida 64, the Ryzen 2700X stone in turbo boost does not rise above 4 Ghz, the temperature reaches 90 C and above, though without throttling. The fan covers the first memory slot, and if you can put something there, then only a low-profile one. Judging by the prints on the sole of the cooler and the processor cover, the base is crooked.
