The software has been very easy in use, which means our team of professionals have had little problem working with it during various stages! I don't dislike specifically anything specific about this system as we are still trying out new features every month or two so there isn’t much that can be disliked yet if you hadn;' t already used another CRM prior like SalesForce where i previously worked at a previous job before coming here.. However one feature would definitely make life easier for us within sales - tracking customer data over different products they purchase would help improve how fast teams could work together after purchasing multiple items etc from them all across departments!! Also helps keep record what time someone logs into your account- when did he/she log back onto his computer? Which product was chosen initially by him / her vs last logged off item purchased?? I love that OXON is in a position to reach all my customers in one place and track the progress of each one. It’s a bit complicated to use, especially on mobile. Also, the customer portal is not very user friendly. I would love to see a streamlined layout and a more user friendly interface. I have found that it is easier to keep up with my customers if they are in one place. I am able to see where each customer is at in the process and provide them with the best support I can.
