Great customer service and easy to use for all of us

The software has been very easy in use, which means our team of professionals have had little problem working with it during various stages! I don't dislike specifically anything specific about this system as we are still trying out new features every month or two so there isn’t much that can be disliked yet if you hadn;' t already used another CRM prior like SalesForce where i previously worked at a previous job before coming here.. However one feature would definitely make life easier for us…

Pros
  • Customer Portal allows me access easily without switching platforms between PC browser &/or Android phone.
  • This platform gives an opportunity through emails directly send messages thru email clients such Microsoft Outlook 2016 (and other MS programs) while sending via Gmail too instead typing everything manually using desktop pc client app..<
