These days you can't expect much from most companies when it comes to customer service, especially over the internet. I have a trailer with two propane tanks. About 6 months ago I bought a GasStop device and installed it on a tank. A few months ago I bought another one for my second tank. I haven't been working on a van lately and noticed that the latest GasStop unit has a lot of condensation in the dial case. I could barely read the scale. I contacted One Source RV and they offered to remove the unit and bring it indoors to dry. I have tried this to no avail. I contacted One Source again and they apologized for the device failure and promised to send a replacement. In less than a week I received a replacement unit and a prepaid label to return the defective unit. Kudos to One Source RV for this outstanding service!
