Review on TestTracker by Patrick Burton

The best part of this software has been its ability help us get organized with our workflows which was previously very difficult without it! I dislike that you have limited options when creating your own tabs/workflow within each project or task item (you can't create custom ones). You are not able customize how many people need access at once so if one person needs more than 1 other they will be blocked out until someone else unblocks them but we don’t know what their status would then become? This isn; t ideal as sometimes there could easily only ever 2-3 users working together simultaneously compared to 10+. We also cannot assign tasks directly through an email address unlike some similar programs - instead must go into website interface & click 'assign'. However since most companies require login details before allowing certain actions like adding new projects etc.,.
