I received the product and went to test it immediately. This doesn't work on my VW ID.4. I know someone else had success here, so I suspect mine was flawed. It stopped about halfway when I tried to plug it in and then didn't move. I wasn't planning on plugging it into the charging port. Support was very responsive but they pretended it was not compatible with my machine. It must be obvious as it is a standard charging connector. It seemed to me that it would be an excellent quality product and it would arrive in better condition than my mustard that I just received. Just a pity it was defective and they pretended my car didn't work with it. I wouldn't waste time ordering another one if for some reason it doesn't fit.
