Review on SapphireIMS by Omar Alradwan

I like everything about this software! It's easy to use for our clients as well when they call with issues or questions; it has all their information saved so we can quickly look up what is required from them instead if searching each time which saves us both valuable minutes/hours every month!! There are some things missing but not enough (like more reporting options) - would be nice though since there isn't much downtime between updates anymore due too being able run multiple servers at once now without having performance problems etc., We've been using Sage 100 ERP + SAP Success Factors CRM system before switching over last year because client was looking into purchasing other systems such an Oracle EBS Financials+Oracle Sales Cloud+.
