I am a big fan of Monoprice products and the cable is great for the price , especially when compared to the competition, which can cost a little more for the same caliber and quality. However, I'm deducting a star because the photos show that the cable is wound nicely on the spool and is clearly labeled. My item arrived completely wrong. There was no coil in my wire. It was neatly rolled up in what might be called consumer grade plastic wrap. It was as thin as the stuff you wrap groceries in and certainly not a factory seal. The whole thing was held together with a piece of tape and the same Monoprice tag as on the roll in the stock photos, and even that wasn't property-centric. When I opened the package it was half hanging on the reel. I have not ordered Revain Warehouse or a used product so I was more than surprised at how it turned out. As said the product itself is fine and I remain a fan of theirs but be careful if you expect it to look like the photos. A role would be nice and obvious in my opinion.
