BREAD UNEVEN BAKING - it is clear that the element does not even light up on one side!
Looks good but is too expensive for the good function. Why pay $250 for a toaster that doesn't toast properly? Bought it - still not gone - thinking SMEG was a quality product. SMEG still have a long way to go if they want to keep selling and GET GOOD RATINGS for their "high class" and "high price" - ordered a cheaper toaster that gets all the great reviews even on every toast !
