This is a very BIG toy and my lovebird is scared of it. First I hung it in the middle of the cage. but she was so afraid of it that whenever she moved she clung to the walls of her cage to avoid him. So I moved it to one of the side walls of the cage. where she has the ability to chew on it, but nothing else interferes. I've had it for a few weeks now. she still hasn't touched him. But like any other pet, each of them has its own character. Likes and dislikes etc. It doesn't seem to be for YOU. but other reviewers have had different experiences with their birds. She can get used to that over time. but now. it seems that an unwelcome "intruder" has appeared in her house.
