Review on Donaldson P550833 Water Separator Filter by Timothy Louis

My truck does not work properly with this filter. I can't imagine I installed it wrong. It wasn't a leak or anything. But the truck acted like it was running out of fuel and gave me engine codes for low rail pressure. I have a c4500 aerial work platform that I used to work on with communication cables. I was responding to late night work stoppages 40 miles away. The truck was only going about 30 miles per hour. I've taken the roadside fuel line 3 times and stripped and refilled. Vain. It took me a long time to respond to the error and my client was unhappy. Anyway, the next day I replaced the filter with a cheap one from Autozone and the problem was solved.
