The Plug Broke Best in Styling Tools & Appliances

I have this 2017 hair dryer and for the most part am happy with it. Until yesterday when I almost burned myself unplugging and noticed that a black piece of plastic broke off a plug exposing a screw. Very expensive hair dryer and I don't think it can be repaired as the fork seems quite complicated. I do not recommend.
